Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for your connected accounts, credentials, team access, service configuration, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The service
auto.prmptr helps businesses receive, organize, draft, and automate replies to Instagram messages and comments. Features may be experimental, change over time, or depend on Meta, Instagram, AI providers, and other third-party services.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Have the rights and permissions needed for content and data you provide.
- Follow Meta and Instagram terms, platform policies, messaging rules, and applicable privacy and marketing laws.
- Use reasonable automation limits and provide human support when appropriate.
- Keep your account information and connected credentials accurate and secure.
Prohibited use
You may not use auto.prmptr to send spam or deceptive messages, harass people, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, collect data without authorization, distribute malware, evade platform safeguards, or conduct unlawful or discriminatory activity.
AI-generated output
AI-generated drafts and replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for configuring automations, reviewing output where appropriate, and deciding whether it should be sent. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant prmptr.ai a limited right to host, process, transmit, and format that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have authority to provide the content and permit this processing.

Third-party services
Your use of Meta, Instagram, hosting, database, and AI services is also governed by their terms. prmptr.ai does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, policy changes, or independent actions.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including when required by a platform or security change. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal obligation, platform-policy issue, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, auto.prmptr is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. prmptr.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
