Delete your data

You can disconnect auto.prmptr to stop future access and ask prmptr.ai to remove information associated with your auto.prmptr account or Instagram conversations.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Email prmptrai@gmail.com from an address you can access.
  2. Use the subject line auto.prmptr data deletion request.
  3. Include your auto.prmptr sign-in email and workspace name, if you have an account. For Instagram data, include the relevant Instagram username and the business you messaged or connected. You do not need a connected Instagram account to request deletion of an auto.prmptr account.
  4. We will reply with the minimum steps needed to verify that you control the account or are authorized to make the request.

Never send your password or access token

prmptr.ai will not ask you to email an Instagram password, Meta password, one-time login code, or API access token to complete a deletion request.

Disconnect future access

You may also remove the app through your Meta or Instagram account settings. Disconnecting stops future authorized access, but it may not automatically delete information already stored by auto.prmptr. Email us using the steps above if you also want stored information deleted.

What we will delete

A verified request may cover:

  • Your auto.prmptr account, sign-in identity, and workspace membership when account deletion is requested.
  • Connected Instagram account identifiers and profile information.
  • Stored message, comment, reply, and webhook content associated with the account.
  • Conversation summaries, saved customer context, AI inputs, drafts, outputs, and review records associated with the request.
  • Automation settings, brand instructions, and conversation state associated with the account.
  • Stored access credentials and connection records that are no longer required.

Timing and limited exceptions

After verifying a valid request, we aim to remove covered information from active systems within 30 days and will confirm when the request is complete. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal retention cycles. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the security and integrity of the service.
